Park Jin (Yu Jun Sang) learned that Jang Wook had been secretly trying to meet Mudeok and handed him a book called the Book of Hearts, telling him that he could only go out if he could read the book. However, the book was impossible to read as it was blank to the eyes of an ordinary man and could not be read by someone who was not well trained. Watching him struggle, Master Lee (Im Chul Soo) helped him by telling him that the book was a love letter to a blind woman and that he needed to think of the word the love letter starts with. In the meantime, Mudeok was among the participants of the SongrimŌĆÖs Servant Contest. The crown prince (Shin Seung Ho), Seo Yul (Hwang Min Hyun) and Park Dang Gu (Yoo In Soo) teamed up to steal the contest paper and solve all the questions correctly for Mudeok to win the first round. At the end of the episode, Jang Wook made viewersŌĆÖ hearts pound as he got upfront about his feelings for Mudeok by replying to what he thought was her love letter to him. He pulled out a SongrimŌĆÖs servant recruitment poster that she had thrown him and said, ŌĆ£It is all written here. I will go out of my way to see you. I can do anything at all costs to see you.ŌĆØ He then showed his feelings for her, replying, ŌĆ£And this is my reply. I also missed you.ŌĆØ In response to his sincere heart, Mudeok thought, ŌĆ£I should have braced myself before letting him get this close to me. What I gave him should not have been read or delivered in the first place. It was my foolish and pathetic love letter,ŌĆØ and revealed her feelings for him. The episode ended with a shocking cliffhanger as a mysterious woman named So Yi (Seo Hye Won), who knows about MudeokŌĆÖs past, got kidnapped by Jin Mu (Jo Jae Yoon). Source (1)
