Based on this chart, HYBE LabelвҖҷs market share in the K-pop music market in the first half of 2022 is over a third. The sales of the eight albums released this year alone amounted to 8,533,158. In the case of BTS, a total of 12 smashes sold 4,367,736 copies, once again proving BTS to be the вҖң21st-century pop icon.вҖқ The actвҖҷs latest album Proof ranked first with sales of 2,957,410 copies. SEVENTEEN followed the chart. SEVENTEENвҖҷs 4th full album Face the Sun sold a total of 2,373,052 copies (excluding Weverse), taking second place. The groupвҖҷs 3rd full album An Ode also put its name on the chart with 92,882 copies sold. Trailing behind is TOMORROW X TOGETHER with their 4th mini-album minisode 2: ThursdayвҖҷs Child that sold about 1,650,263 copies. TXT is the youngest group to be ranked within the Top 5 of the chart, showing off its presence as the 4th generation K-pop group. ENHYPEN ranked 9th (762,823 copies of DIMENSION: ANSWER), and LE SSERAFIM ranked 17th (415,654 copies of FEARLESS).
