The two started dating in 2017 and continued seeing each other during the two years when Choi was away serving his duties in the army. Park and Shin both made their debut as actors early on. Choi, on the other hand, started acting in 2001 with the SBS series, Piano, as young Jo In Sung. The two first met in the 2012 drama The King of Dramas. It was when they were in college that they really got to know each other. They both enrolled at Chung-Ang University as theater majors, Park one year earlier than Choi. Plus, they are both devoted Christians. Although not much about their relationship is known to the public, the two have said to have built up their trust and love, even introducing each other to their family members.
